From being one of the youngest Commodities Futures Traders ever admitted to the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Trading Houses, and Banks. Having accumulated nearly ten years of diverse experiences in business, finance, family offices, trading, commercial real estate, and investment banking analysis, he recognized an impending shift in several industries.

Hamza's recognition of the disruptive potential of digital exchanges prompted him to venture into advisory roles, positioning himself as an early mover in the space.with a strong focus on FinTech, PayTech, AI, Blockchain, DLT, and futuristic architectures, infrastructures, and market structures, driving value and opportunity creation by addressing disparate pain points across industries within global networks.

His involvement culminated in significant participation in one of the earliest licensed digital exchanges in 2015, early stage venturing of Bitcoin, as well as an influential role in a prominent Fintech and Payment Technology(PayTech) company that evolved subsequently.

Our founder was selected to participate in the University of Oxford's inaugural Executive FinTech Programme alongside leading academics, global C-suite executives, prominent bankers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, technologists, and learners. He achieved one of the highest scores, far exceeding the class average, and has maintained one of the highest personal distinctions from 2017 to 2018.

During the fourteen-week program, he conducted research, designed, and developed one of the earliest innovative remittance services utilizing Blockchain and DLT technologies. The aim was to offer a cost-effective solution for verified fund transfers in high-remittance regions globally, while also allowing for incremental adoption by existing service providers.

His research culminated in a notable real-world application, demonstrating the practical implications of his findings.

In addition, he conducted research and provided insights that extended beyond the program's learning materials. He applied current and futuristic forecasts to explore the implications of converging technologies, with a particular focus on AI and the 'Future of AI & Money'.
