HRB GROUP® was incorporated in 2023. Its intellectual architecture has been built by its Founder over nine years. Hamza Basyouni brings fifteen years of professional formation to the practice.

The practice was not acquired, inherited, or assembled. It was built analytically first, then institutionally through original frameworks, proprietary indices, and engagements with sovereign institutions, central banks, parliamentary committees, and global conferences.

AI advisory has been operational since 2018. Digital assets engagement dates to 2015. The practice predates the institutional conversation in both domains by years.
